There are several major plot twists and reveals in this chapter. When I went to post it, I thought breaking the chapter down into two parts would be fun (*evil grin*) and space out the plot twists - including the arrival of Matthew Grant in East Harbor.

It also bought me some more time to work ahead on some new chapters. With the conclusion of Chapter 18, you'll have only read about two-thirds of what's written. So much more to come - new characters, new adventures, and more hot, hot... well, you know.

I've really come to love these characters and dread the day I end this story. Glad I'm a long way from that day.
