Well, I don't think any of the characters have done all that. I think Matthew is probably the most versatile when it comes to sports (football, baseball, and a season of lacrosse). Lukas has lacrosse and music (though he is a savant when it comes to music). Michael is a gymnast and plays soccer and lacrosse. But when it comes down to it, this is fiction and for entertainment. Hope you are enjoying!

My heart-felt condolences to my British readers. I held great admiration for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The news of her death hit me hard knowing it came as her appearance in Chapter 54 was shared. It was meant as a tribute to her and I hope it was taken as such. May Charles, William, and George live up to her legacy.

That was my intention. There is a chapter of The Boys of East Harbor: Derek out there (this post announced it). But it was too much for me to keep up multiple stories at the same time so I ended up making Derek a larger part of Michael's story. Also, if you didn't see, Craig and Oliver have their own origin story (Finding Love in Montana) that you might find interesting. Enough people liked those characters so they joined the East Harbor universe. There is also a third The Boys of East Harbor story that I haven't started and none of the characters are in the current stories. I may come back to that later and write it too.

(About 50% longer than my previous longest chapter!) I hope you enjoy it just as much as I did writing it! When I created Derek's character back in the very beginning, I wanted Derek to be realted to the McCalls in Mayfield as a tribute to that universe and those characters, even if it didn't go any farther than that. The DeLuca/de Luca family was by happenstance. I created Trajan long before Tony and Marco came on the scene and by accident (or subconsciously) they ended up with the same last name. We're going to run with it.

Well, the SoCal BaseBrawl was something I thought up. Douglas DD and I were discussing fans, and even ourselves) thinking it cool it would be for our boys to meet. Then it occurred to me that Yard Goats always go to an out of state tournament. The tournament will include a trip for the baseball teams to see the Angels play the Mariners (this series really did occur the last weekend of July 2018) and a festival on the East Harbor Mallway with a concert by At the Majestic. We've already revealed that Jaden Price is the cousin of Grant Foster. But think about this - what are Derek and Trajan's last names? Ultimately, I'm incredibly excited about the boys meeting. It is going to trigger a lot of cross over activity with both the Mayfield universe, and the Emerald City boys. Watch for another crossover scene on April 25th (on the boy's timeline). The change in my dates was intention to align our day/date between the stories so these crossover scenes are easier to follow. Next chapter shouldn't be that far away. I was almost finished and realized I missed some events that are also happening during this time and need to make sure it is in there! But with that, I'm mostly finished with the first draft!

Hey @Imsoy310! I just finished the first draft of the chapter. After changing the way I was writing the chapter, I finally felt right and it flowed. As I've mentioned other places, Michael's finding his beau was something I wrote over a year ago so the next chapter already has a lot of content. I'm digging into making that align with chapter 42 before I review and send chapter 42 to my proofreader. I'm thinking we're only a week away of getting that chapter to everyone!
